Background

Cloudcon was designed to address inefficiencies in civil, enterprise, and rental sectors. Challenges included scattered systems, high manual workload, and low integration capabilities, which led to inaccurate data, reduced productivity, and increased costs.

Objective

The UX process followed the design thinking framework with these eight phases:
