Additional modules like Support, Activity Tracker, and Reward & Recognition help enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Background

The project was initiated after IT companies reported significant challenges in managing operations using disconnected applications. These inefficiencies led to data silos, slow decision-making, and complicated reporting processes. Bizcompass was created to provide a unified solution integrating essential tools like HR, accounting, and project management into one platform.

Value proposition mapping

I conducted user interviews with 10 business managers and employees, surveys with over 50 users, and competitive analyses of platforms like Monday.com and Zoho. The research identified key pain points such as data silos, inefficient manual processes, and a need for better collaboration.
